This setting applies to Form Fields using EventPro fields that already have lookup list items defined in Setup.
From the Sort By drop-down list, choose whether you want the field's list items to be sorted by Item Number (low to high) or Item Code (alphabetically, A to Z).

For the following examples, the Form Field is using the EventPro field, "Event Category".
In EventPro Setup, the Event Category values have the following Item Numbers and Item Codes:
1.Business
2.Non-Profit
3.Entertainment
4.Community
5.Wedding
