•On scheduled intervals, the DocuSign Assistant automatically checks for status updates of DocuSign documents, and downloads signed DocuSign documents into EventPro.
•This current section is mainly intended to explain the settings that are unique to the DocuSign Assistant, but will refer back to the general instructions from Assistant Creation Overview when relevant.
1.Begin: Create a Virtual Assistant, ensuring that you select the DocuSign Assistant Item.
2.Schedule: Set the Assistant's schedule under the Assistant Schedule Tab.
a.DocuSign Default Interval: By default, a new DocuSign Assistant will be set to scan the database every 60 minutes.
b.You can change the interval, but note that DocuSign will only send updates every 15 minutes, so there isn't any benefit to making the Assistant Interval shorter than that.
3.Logs: You can later review the Assistant Logs Tab to see if the Assistant has been running successfully.
4.Finish: When you are done with the Assistant edit form, Save and Close the Assistant.
