•If you are in a List View selection grid, you can use the Full Text Search to look for a particular record.
•Above the selection grid, type the search text in the Full Text Search field, and click the Search icon or press Enter.
oThe search term does not necessarily have to be at the beginning of the matching field; it can appear anywhere in the field.
•If any records match, they will appear in the selection grid below.
•As with the Find Dialog and Find Panel, the Full Text Search will only search the visible columns in the selection grid below.
oIf a column is not visible in the selection grid, the Full Text Search will not look for matching entries in that field.
oFor example, in the screenshot below, you can see that the Primary Email column has been hidden, so the Full Text Search does not find the Companies with primary email addresses containing the term "cloud". Compare this to the search results in the screenshot above, where the Primary Email column was visible.
oYou can view another example in the topic From Navigation above.
•If you want to add a column to the selection grid, see Selection Grids | Choose and Hide Columns.
•Click the "x" next to the Full Text Search field to clear the search term and restore the visibility of the other records in the grid.
