1.If you have not yet assigned a Room to this booking, and you don't necessarily need to select a particular room, you can use the Auto Assign Rooms button, which will automatically assign the booking the next available Room from the selected Room Group.
2.Note that you need to select a Room Group before using the Auto Assign Rooms command.
