Lodging Room Booking Edit Form

You may have ended up at this Accommodation Booking (Lodging) edit form a few different ways:

oYou started a new Room Booking from the EventPro area of your choice (review Start a Room Booking).

oYou are editing an existing Room Booking, and have opened the Room Booking edit form by:

Double-clicking a Room Booking record in the selection grid of the Room Bookings area or the Event > Lodging > Room Bookings tab.

Using the Show Detail View option in the Room Bookings area or the Event > Lodging > Room Bookings tab to display the detail editing view in the right-hand panel. (You can edit information in the detail panel, just like an edit form, and click the Save button in the ribbon above the selection grid to save your changes.)

If you have arrived at the edit form after starting a new room booking, remember that the Accommodation Booking (Lodging) edit form will be essentially the same regardless of where you begin the booking, although different fields may be filled in by default.
