1.You can change the Status of the Room Booking by selecting a different option from this Change Status drop-down, populated by the Setup Accommodation Statuses defined EventPro Setup > Accommodations > Accommodation Statuses.
2.You may have already set the Status of this Room Booking under the Hotel/Room section of the edit form. This is just another option available in the command ribbon and speed menu, which is useful when multi-editing Room Bookings.
