Start Room Booking from Event Lodging

1.In the Event screen, under the Lodging tab, go to the Room Bookings sub tab.

2.Begin a new Accommodation (Lodging) Booking by clicking the New button, or right-clicking in the selection grid and selecting New from the speed menu.

3.This will open the Accommodation Booking (Lodging) edit form.

4.Note that because you started this booking from within the Event, the edit form automatically pulls in the Event name, the Event Client as the Booked By Account, and the Check In/Check Out Dates based on the Date Range of the event.

5.If the "Allow Company as Primary Guest" setting is turned on in Accommodations System Settings, the Event Client/Booked By Account will also be set as the default Primary Guest.

6.From here, continue with Room Booking Edit Form.
