1.General Notes:

a.Under the General Notes tab, you can add any other important information about this Beverage Configuration.

b.General Notes can be used, for example, to explain additional items included with the beverage configuration.

c.They can also be used to define simple beverage configurations that do not contain categories and items.

d.These General Notes will be the default notes that appear in the beverage configuration when it is added to an event, and those notes will be visible on the Banquet Event Order and Event Catering and Beverage report.

e.You can simply type your notes directly into the memo field, or if you want to add more sophisticated formatting, you can open the Word Processor and work on your document there.

2.Setup Requirements:

a.Under the Setup Requirements tab, you can add any notes that are specific to the beverage configuration's setup.  

b.These Setup Requirements are typically used to communicate setup information to event staff.

c.The Setup Requirements notes you add here will be the default Setup Requirements that appear in the beverage configuration when it is added to an event, and those notes will be visible on the Event Catering and Beverage report.

d.You can simply type your notes directly into the memo field, or if you want to add more sophisticated formatting, you can open the Word Processor and work on your document there.
