1.Company Name: Type in the Lead's company name.
2.Title: Select the applicable Title from the drop-down list, which is populated by Titles created under EventPro Setup > CRM > Titles.
3.First Name, Initial, Last Name: Enter these as applicable.
4.Company Position: Select the applicable position for the lead from this drop-down list, which is populated by Company Positions created under EventPro Setup > CRM > Company Positions.
5.Account Manager: Select the User who is designated the Account Manager for this lead. Users were created in Setup > Security > Users by a person with applicable security rights.
6.Status: This field must be filled in to save the lead's record. Select the Lead Status from the drop-down list, which is populated by Lead Statuses created under EventPro Setup > CRM > Lead Statuses, except for any "Converted" statuses. You will not be able to choose a Converted-type Lead Status until actually converting the Lead to an Account.
7.Source: Select the Lead Source from this drop-down list, which is populated by Lead Sources created under EventPro Setup > CRM > Lead Sources.
8.Rating: This is just another tool to organize and evaluate your various leads. It is not necessary to use a rating, but you can choose a rating for this lead from the drop-down list if you wish.
9.Account Category 1, 2 and 3: If applicable, select the categories for this Lead account from the drop-down lists under Account Categories 1, 2 and/or 3. You created these categories in setup under EventPro Setup > CRM > Account Categories.
