1.To start creating a new Lead record, go to CRM/Sales > Leads > Leads List.
2.Start a new Lead record from the Lead List view, or from the Create Lead command in the CRM/Sales navigation panel or menu.
3.A new Lead edit form will open.
4.You can then work through the following sections and tabs in the Lead edit form:
a.Lead (Names, etc.)
b.Address
d.Converted to Company/Contact
f.Notes
h.Tasks
i.Flagged
5.When you are done creating this new Lead, save your changes and close the Lead edit form.
6.If you want to create an Opportunity (potential event) for this Lead, see Create Opportunity.
7.When you are ready to convert the Lead into an Account (company or contact), see Convert Lead to Account.
