EventPro's Lead & Opportunity management area is designed to organize your potential clients and event inquiries.

Not all prospective or returning clients will be ready to confirm their event bookings at first contact. Using EventPro's Opportunities allows you to record the details of a potential event, without interfering with your actual event calendar.

oA Lead is a prospective client (company or contact) who is inquiring about your event organization's services.

oAn Opportunity is a potential event. An opportunity can be initiated by a Lead, or by an existing Account (company or contact) in CRM.

When the client is ready to confirm the event, you can simply convert the Opportunity into an actual booking, without re-recording all the details.

The instructions below will run through a typical series of steps followed when recording a new lead and event inquiry:

oConvert Lead to Account

oConvert Opportunity to Event
