•If the EPConnect Users are not yet in your system, create the new users following the instructions under Security Setup > Users.
•In order for a User to be able to login to EPConnect, ensure that the following requirements are met:
oSetting the User Type to Named or Concurrent.
oLinking the User to an Account in CRM.
oAssigning the User to an Online-type Security Role.
oSelecting the Available Online checkbox.
