1.Contact Category 1, 2 and 3: Select the applicable categories for this Contact from the drop-down lists under Contact Category 1, Contact Category 2, and/or Contact Category 3.
You created these categories under EventPro Setup > CRM > Contact Categories.
2.Account Category 1, 2 and 3: Since a Contact can be either attached to a Company or exist as its own Account, you can also select applicable Account Categories for this Contact.
You created these categories in setup under EventPro Setup > CRM > Account Categories.
3.Flagged: Select this Flagged checkbox if you want to attach a warning or other very important note to this Contact.
If you later book an event for a flagged Contact, or otherwise include the Contact in the Event Client & Contact Information page of the Event Creation Wizard, the Contact will be highlighted red, and you will receive a warning of flagged Accounts before you can proceed with the booking wizard.
You can explain the reasoning for the flag in the Flagged Notes field below.
4.Flagged Notes: If you flagged this Contact by selecting the checkbox above, you can type explanatory notes into this field.
