The Caption is the text label that appears next to the field in the online form, indicating what information needs to be entered in the field.
Type in a Caption for the Form Field.
The caption can be the same as the actual Field name, or you can type in different text, but be mindful of how much room it will take on the online form.

In this example, you can see that while the Field is called "Estimated Attendance", we have abbreviated the Caption to "Est. Attendance".
