1.Venue and Event Location: The Venue and Booked Location within which you are working will default into these read-only fields.
2.Itinerary Type: Select an option from the drop-down list: Setup, Teardown, Function or Other.
3.Function: If you want to assign a Function to this Itinerary Item, you can now choose the Function from this drop-down list, which is populated by the Event Functions you created earlier under Edit Event Window > Function Setup.
Typically, you would assign a Function to a Function-type Itinerary Item. However, you can also assign Functions to Setup, Teardown, and Other Itinerary Items.
4.Function Type: This read-only field will default to the Function Type set on the Function in Edit Event Window > Function Setup.
5.Description: A description may default in, but you can type in a description of your choice.
6.Supplier: If this Function is provided by an external Supplier, select that Supplier from this drop-down. The Supplier drop-down displays CRM Accounts that have been assigned the Relationship Type of "Supplier".
