1.Times: Enter the Start Time and End Time of this Itinerary Item.
The Start and End Times of the Itinerary Item must fall within the Booked Location's Booked From and Booked To Times.
2.Counts:
a.Set Attendance: Select the option you want to use for determining the Attendance Count: Manual, Use Location, or Use Function.
i.Manual: You will manually set the Attendance for this Itinerary Item.
ii.Use Location: The Itinerary Item's Attendance will be automatically set to match the Attendance of the Booked Location containing this Itinerary Item.
iii.Use Function: You will only see this option if there is a Function assigned to this Itinerary Item. The Itinerary Item's Attendance will automatically update as Attendees are registered for the assigned Function.
b.Attendance: If you selected Manual as the Set Attendance option, you can manually enter the Attendance of this Itinerary Item.
c.Registered Count: This read-only field will be updated automatically as attendees are registered for this Function.
