EventPro Software User Manual

When adding Resources (Setup, Staffing, Catering, Beverages and Packages) to an Event, you will assign them to an Event Location, i.e. a specific date, time and location in the event.

If the Event Location has an Itinerary, you can be even more precise about Resource scheduling, since you can assign Resources directly to Itinerary Items.

CAUTION: Ensure that you do not unintentionally double up resources by adding a resource item to both the Event Location and Itinerary Function.  If you intend to assign Resources to Itinerary Items, you may find it convenient to build the Itinerary first and add Resources after.

The Resources added to an Itinerary Item will still show up in the Event Location, but will be associated with that specific Itinerary Item.

Let's take a look at the ways you can add Resources to an Event Location Itinerary item:

oAdd Resources Command

oCopy Resources Command

oMove Resources Command

oResource Tabs

If you already added Resources to the Booked Location, you can re-assign them to Itinerary Items in the Booked Location.

oRe-assign Resources from Booked Location
