In this section, we will work through booking a sample Event for an Account (a Company or Contact in your CRM), without going through the Lead/Opportunity conversion process.

Of course, all organizations will have variations in their event-booking process, so you can adjust your event booking process as necessary.

oCreate Account (Company or Contact)

oBook the Event

oCreate Event To-Do Task

oTake Event Deposit

oAdd Event Resource Details

oSend Email to Client

oUpdate Event Status & Lock Level

oCreate Event Invoice

oEnter Event Payment

oComplete Event

Once you have completed the basic steps described above, you can begin filling in the the details of your event. Refer to the instructions under Event Management below.
