1.If this Event Attendee is associated with an Exhibitor in the event, select the Is Exhibitor checkbox. This checkbox may be selected if the Event Attendee was already associated with an Event Exhibitor.
2.If not already selected, you need to choose an Event Exhibitor from the drop-down. These are the Exhibitors already set up under the Exhibitors tab in this Event.
3.You can enter notes in the space below. Remember that you can access the Word Processor 
and load a Letter Template
