Event Attendee Presenter

1.This checkbox will be selected by default if the Setup Attendee Type was set up to have the "Is Presenter" checkbox pre-selected. Review EventPro Setup > Attendees > Attendee Types.

If not already checked, and this Event Attendee will be a Presenter at the event, you can manually select the Is Presenter checkbox.

2.Under the General notes tab, you can enter the presenter's Session Title and add any other relevant notes in the space below.  

Remember that you can access the Word Processor and load a Letter Template .

3.Under the Contract tab, you can select the Contract Required and Contract Received checkboxes, as applicable.  You can also select the Contract Received On date from the calendar drop-down.

4.Under the Bio (presenter's Biography) tab, you can select the Bio Required and Bio Received checkboxes, as applicable.  You can also select the Bio Received On date from the calendar drop-down.

5.Under the Syllabus tab, you can select the Syllabus Required and Syllabus Received checkboxes, as applicable.  You can also select the Syllabus Received On date from the calendar drop-down.

6.Under the Handouts tab, you can select the Handouts Required and Handouts Received checkboxes, as applicable.  You can also select the Handouts Received On date from the calendar drop-down.
