You may have already created Setup Letter Templates in Communications Setup.
If you want to re-use the content from an existing letter template, there's no need to re-type the text.
You can simply load the existing template into the Word Processor and edit it as required for the current situation.
1.Click Load Template .
2.The Setup Letter Template window appears.
You will note that the Setup Letter Template window only displays letter templates that use the Merge Table for the area in which you are working. To review how you selected Merge Tables for Setup Letter Templates, see Selecting Correct Merge Table.
3.Select the letter template you want to load and click OK.
4.The template content will be loaded into the Word Processor.
5.You can make any edits required for the current situation, and click Save when you are done.
