This New Attendee Accommodations - Page Definition controls the page of the online wizard in which the Attendee registrant provides their Accommodation details.
You can view three different examples of the EPConnect Accommodations page in the Process Overview: Share, Select, or Enter.
Whether the Attendee is able to select an existing reservation, enter their own details, or choose to share with another Attendee will depend on the selections you make in this page definition.
Figure 760: Defining Accommodations Page
As noted earlier, you can provide two different Accommodation options to Attendees: select from existing reservations, or enter their own accommodation information.
•If you select this Show Accommodation Selection checkbox, the Attendee will be able to select a reservation from the Event's Accommodation Room Blocks. See the example EPConnect Select Accommodations page in the Process Overview.
•If you do not select this Show Accommodation Selection checkbox, the Attendee will manually select their Hotel, Room Type, and Check In/Out Dates. See the example EPConnect Enter Accommodations page in the Process Overview.
Select this checkbox if you want to allow Attendee registrants to indicate that they will be sharing accommodations with another person.
If you turn on this setting, the Share Accommodations with Another Attendee checkbox will appear on the EPConnect Accommodations page. See the example EPConnect Share Accommodations page in the Process Overview.
Select the default Status applied to Attendee Accommodation reservations made through EPConnect.
The drop-down list is populated by Setup Accommodation Statuses created under EventPro Setup / Accommodations / Accommodation Statuses. Remember that the Statuses need to be marked as Available Online to appear here.
Enter the text you want appearing online for the Page Title, Page Message, and Page Help.
