•The Email As function allows you to attach the report in a format of your choice to an email you will send directly from EventPro.
•The Email As button will be set to one of the file formats. If you want to use that format, you can click the Email As button directly.
Otherwise, click the drop-down arrow in the bottom section of the button, and select the format you want to use: PDF, HTML, MHT, RTF, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, CSV, Text, or Image.
•The Email edit form opens. If you look under the email's Attachments tab, you will see that the report has been attached in the format you selected.
•To continue editing and sending the email, refer to the instructions under Communication & Email Management > Prepare & Send an Email.
