In the Setup Event Template edit form, go to the Letter Templates tab, and start a New record.
The Setup Event Template Letter Template edit form appears.

You have two options when adding a Letter Template to the Event Template:
•Use an existing Standard Letter Template from Setup
•Create a New Letter Template
If you want to use an existing Setup Letter Template from Communications Setup, select one from the Standard Letter drop-down list.
The default information and content entered for that Letter Template in Setup will be pulled into the Letter Template you are currently creating.
You can now edit the Letter Template as required for this event template. Review the detailed letter template instructions under Document Management / Letter Templates.

If you want to create a new Letter Template from scratch, do not select any Standard Letter.
You can simply fill in the information as required for your new letter template. Review the detailed letter template instructions under Document Management / Letter Templates.

When you are done creating or editing the letter template in the Setup Event Template Letter Template edit form, click Save and Close.
You will return to the Setup Event Template edit form, where you can continue adding as many other Letter Templates as you require for this event template.
