EventPro Software User Manual

In this area of Facilities setup, you will enter all of the Facility Features that may apply to your facility or facilities.  If you have multiple facilities or venues, not every Feature you enter here will necessarily be available in every facility.  You also may have more than one of each of these features, although you won't indicate that at the moment. All you need to do at this point is make a list of every possible Facility Feature.

Note that these Facility Features are different from the Venue Location Features that you set up under EventPro Setup > Facilities.  Venue Location Features are features specific to individual locations or rooms, while Facility Features are features of an entire venue, building or facility.

The Facility Features you create here will be assigned to the appropriate Facilities when setting up those Facilities (see Facilities (Venue/Hotel) > Create Facility > Facility Features).

Start a New record under EventPro Setup > Facilities > Facility Features.

The Setup Facility Feature edit form appears.

1.Item Code: Enter the name of the Facility Feature.

When you're done creating the record, click click Save and Close or Save and New.
