Facilities Setup

In this area of EventPro Setup, you will set up the various facilities, i.e. venues and hotels (any type of lodging or accommodations) with which you interact.

You will also add important information about those facilities, including features, setup types, rates, restrictions, floor plans, and more.

Your organization may have internally owned facilities, such as an event venue or accommodations, or you may work with a variety of third-party venues and hotels.  You may even work with a combination of internal and external facilities. Whatever situation applies to your organization, you will be able to set up any internal and/or external facilities in the EventPro Facilities area.
