Under Venue Location Setup Types, you will define all the setup types that could be used in your event facility. Not all Setup Types will necessarily be appropriate for every Location. At this point, all you want to do is create a list of all the possible setup types.
You can later assign the appropriate Setup Types to the correct Locations (see Add Location > Setup Types).
Start a New record under EventPro Setup > Facilities > Venue Location Setup Type.
The Setup Venue Location Setup Type edit form appears.
1.Item Code: Enter the name of the Setup Type.
2.Setup/Teardown: If this Setup Type will require Setup and Teardown times - which you will define when adding the Setup Type to a Location - select this checkbox.
When you're done creating the record, click Save and Close or Save and New.
