•As you will recall, the New from Past Event option creates a copy of an existing event, using the same number of booked locations and the same duration as the existing event, except that you select a new Start Date for the new event. You will also be able to select other event details to copy.
•After you launch the Event Creation Wizard for the "New from Past Event" option from the Venue Calendar, you can work through these steps:
1. Select Past Event & Copy Options
2. Event Client & Contact Information (unless skipped)
3. Opportunities (unless not applicable, or skipped)
5. User Fields (unless not applicable, or skipped)
6. Notes (unless skipped)
7. Contract/Deposit Information (unless skipped)
8. Review & Edit Booked Locations
9. Email Confirmation to Client (unless skipped)
•Note that you can also created a cloned event from Create Event > New Event from Past Event.
