The Delete command allows you to completely delete Event Locations from an Event.
Before you can delete an Event Location, it must be set to a Cancelled status.
Change the statuses of the Event Location(s) you wish to delete, following the instructions under Edit One Event Location / Event Location Info, or Edit Multiple Event Locations / Change Status.
Then, in the Booked Locations tab, select the Event Location you want to delete.
To select multiple Event Locations, hold down the Ctrl key and click on each event location record. Selected records will be highlighted.
Click the Delete button in the Booked Locations command ribbon, or right-click one of the selected records in the grid, and choose Delete from the speed menu.

The Delete warning dialog will ask if you want to proceed with deleting the selected record(s).
If you are certain you want to delete the selected Event Location(s), click Yes. The selected Event Location(s) will be deleted from the Event.

If you did not change the Event Location(s) to a Cancelled status, you will receive an error saying you can only delete cancelled locations, and your selected Event Location(s) will not be deleted.
