Use Event Budgets

An Event Budget tracks income/expense from all financial items linked to that Event, regardless of the Item Dates of the Financial items.

Follow the instructions below to set up and use Event Budgets:

Enter Budgeted Numbers

Track Event Budget Numbers

Remember that an Event Budget is different from a Yearly Budget (which tracks all financial items with Item Dates that fall within the set Budget Periods, regardless of which Events the financial items are linked to). You can track either or both kinds of Budgets.
