EventPro Software User Manual

If you want to add Notes for this Event Booked Location, you can do so under the three Notes sub-tabs in the Event Location edit form:

General Notes

Setup Requirements

Client Requirements

 

Remember that for any of these three note tabs, you can use the Word Processor for more sophisticated formatting, or to access previously created document Templates.

 

General Notes

These notes are pulled by default from the Venue Location's Notes in Facilities Setup.

You can edit these notes as you require for this Event, but any changes you make here will not affect the Venue Location's Notes back in Facilities Setup.

 

Setup Requirements

These Setup Requirement notes are also pulled by default from the Venue Location's Setup Requirements in Facilities Setup.

Again, you can edit these notes as required for the current event, but any changes you make here will not affect the Venue Location's Setup Requirements notes back in Facilities Setup.

 

Client Requirements

There will not be any default notes in this tab from Facilities Setup, as they are intended to be unique to the Event Client.

Enter any notes you need to address specific Client Requirements for this event.
