•The Venue Calendar displays an appointment (a color-coded cell portion) for each Booked Location in an Event.

•If an Event has multiple Booked Locations, the Venue Calendar will display multiple appointments for that Event, one for each Booked Location (typically, unless Same Day/Consecutive Day-Locations have been grouped).
