In the Setup Event Template edit form, go to the Functions tab, and start a New record.

In the Setup Event Template Function edit form, there are several areas and tabs under which you can add information.

When you have entered all the information you require in the Setup Event Template Function edit form, click Save and Close.
You will return to the Setup Event Template edit form, where you can continue adding more Functions to the template, or move on to adding other template elements.

If you use this Template for an Event, these Functions will be pulled into the Functions tab of the Edit Event window.
