As noted above, there are several Event Tabs, but the Event Detail tab is of particular importance.
The Event Detail tab contains several sub-tabs related to core elements of event setup: Booked Locations, Itinerary, Staffing, Miscellaneous and All Resources.
•Booked Locations
oThe Booked Locations tab contains the Locations booked for the Event.
(As you will recall, an Event is a collection of Booked Locations grouped under the same Booking Number.)
oIf you select a Booked Location record in the grid, you can view its details in the Booked Location Detail tabs at the bottom of the screen: Itinerary, Setup, Staffing, Catering, Beverages, Packages, Notes, Floor Plans and Images. These are the same detail tabs you see in the Event Location edit form, if you later edit an event's Booked Location; see Edit Event Locations.
•Itinerary
oEvent Itinerary allows you to break out an event's Booked Locations into separate blocks of activity called Itinerary Items.
oThe Itinerary tab displays the Event Itinerary Items across all booked locations in the event.
oYou cannot actually add Itinerary Items from this tab, although you can add resources to Itinerary Items, move resources between Itinerary Items, and delete Itinerary Items.
•Staffing
oStaffing can be added to a specific Booked Location or to the Event in general.
oThis Staffing tab displays all Staffing Items in the event, whether assigned to Booked Locations or not. The Location column will indicate whether the Staffing Item is assigned to a Booked Location.
•Miscellaneous
oMiscellaneous resources, i.e. any unique or unusual charges that don't fit under other resource categories, are displayed in a separate tab of their own, since they are linked to the Event in general instead of a specific Booked Location.
•All Resources
oThe All Resources tab displays all of the resources assigned to the event, grouped by Required Date, and then Financial Subgroup.
